Manzini – In a thrilling encounter that had fans on the edge of their seats, Malanti Chiefs emerged victorious against the reigning champions Young Buffaloes in the 8Bet Trade Fair Cup. The match, held at a packed stadium, concluded with a nail-biting penalty shootout after a 1-1 deadlock in regular time.

Both teams showcased their prowess, but it was Malanti Chiefs, who were just promoted back to the top flight of Eswatini football, who proved their mettle in the high-stakes match. With determination and skill, the Chiefs held their ground against a strong Buffaloes side, taking the game into penalties after a hard-fought 90 minutes.

The action began with an electrifying atmosphere as each team fought to take control of the game. Malanti opened the scoring with a stunning goal, igniting the hopes of their passionate supporters.
