Ezulwini – MTN Eswatini has unveiled a new nationwide campaign aimed at encouraging citizens to embrace digital transformation and explore opportunities within the online space.
The campaign, titled Fak’ivibe, was launched yesterday at Mahlalekhukhwini House in the presence of the Minister of Information, Communication and Technology, government officials, MTN partners, and members of the media.
MTN is inviting the public to join a live podcast-style event for the official launch of Fak’ivibe, featuring conversations with the Honourable Minister of ICT, Savannah Maziya as Guest of Honour, Acting CEO Jerry Soko, Chief Marketing Officer Meshack Maseko, Customer Experience Lead Nomfundo Jiyane, and leading media partners. The event will explore upgrades to MTN’s product catalogue, including additional data and new 24-hour bonuses designed to fit the way customers live, work, and play.
Speaking during the event, MTN Eswatini Chief Executive Officer said the initiative was more than a marketing campaign, describing it as a movement that seeks to empower Emaswati to confidently engage with the digital world.

He explained that MTN’s vision aligns with the Government of Eswatini’s commitment to building a digitally inclusive society where every citizen, regardless of location, can access technology that connects them to growth and opportunity.
The CEO said MTN aims to serve as the country’s “digital life partner,” helping customers connect with loved ones, access education, run businesses, and enjoy entertainment on platforms such as Netflix and online gaming.
Through the Fak’ivibe campaign, MTN has introduced new and upgraded data packages designed to be more affordable and flexible, ensuring that no one is excluded from the ongoing digital shift. The CEO noted that the company had spent the past year engaging with customers to understand their needs, and the new offerings respond to their feedback on data costs and service accessibility.
The campaign also places strong focus on empowering young people through products like Lula Combos, which provide access to learning materials, employment opportunities, and creative platforms.
Beyond products, MTN continues to invest in community initiatives through programmes such as Y’ello Care and Trade Partner, both aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and digital inclusion across the country.
The CEO called on citizens to embrace the digital tools available to them while encouraging partners and stakeholders to continue collaborating towards an innovative and connected Eswatini.
“Let us Fak’ivibe together and build a future where every Liswati can thrive in the digital age. Your vibe. Your way,” he said.
