MBABANE – Young Buffaloes Ladies have been eliminated from the CAF Women’s Champions League after failing to advance past the group stage. Their exit was confirmed following Gaborone United’s victory over Kick4life WFC, which left the Botswana team at the top of Group B.

Young Buffaloes earned three points from their win against the Lesotho-based Kick4life WFC, but it was not enough to surpass Gaborone United, who claimed all six points in their encounters. The Botswana side will now advance to the semi-finals of the continental tournament.

The elimination means that the Young Buffaloes will return home, ending their campaign in this year’s competition. Team officials and players expressed disappointment but wished to focus on future opportunities and competitions.
