Mbabane: The recognition of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel by Trip Advisor’s 2021 Travellers Choice Award has placed the hotel amongst the top ten best hotels in the world.
According to Hilton, this now makes it among the top ten hotels worldwide based on the trip advisors’ reviews.
This happens at a time when Hilton has just celebrated two years since it was established in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
The Trip Advisor Award recognizes businesses that have consistently delivered fantastic experiences to travellers worldwide, and who have earned great traveller reviews on Trip Advisor over the past 12 months.
Furthermore, Trip Advisor’s Choice Best of the Best list is drawn from the experiences of the best possible, real travellers who have physically stayed at the different hotels and experienced the service and products.
Reacting to the Award, Hilton Garden Inn General Manager, and Christine Ndlovu was quoted as saying: “We’re excited to have been awarded, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
A statement posted on the Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane Facebook page stated that: “This is a special award for us as it is based on the reviews of our wonderful guests, who are of paramount importance to us. It is great to know that we have continued to offer exceptional service to our customers, particularly after the past year. This recognition places us in the top 10 percent of Hotels worldwide, based on your #TripAdvisor reviews.”
