Matsapha – The Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT) has received a generous E300 000 donation from Pick n Pay Eswatini to support the upcoming 2025 Teachers’ Day celebrations, set to take place on Friday at the Mavuso Exhibition Centre.
The contribution was officially announced today at Matsapha Link by African Alliance Partner Mr. Sthofeni Ginindza, alongside Pick n Pay Eswatini CEO Mr. Mario Fernandes.
Expressing his gratitude, SNAT President Mbongwa Dlamini commended Pick n Pay for its continued support and partnership, which he said reflects the company’s genuine commitment to uplifting the teaching profession.
“We greatly appreciate this generous donation, which demonstrates the strong and enduring relationship between SNAT and Pick n Pay. This partnership continues to recognise and empower teachers for the vital role they play in national development,” said Dlamini.
Techers’ Day will double as SNAT’s 97th anniversary.
