MBABANE – The first 200 campers through the gates of the seventh Mlawula Campfire Festival will not only secure a weekend of music and outdoor adventure but will also walk away with a free festival T-shirt.
The organisers have announced the limited giveaway as part of this year’s three-day camping experience, set for September 25–27, 2026, at Mlawula Nature Reserve.
The offer is strictly limited to the first 200 campers to arrive onsite, adding an extra reason for festivalgoers to make their way to the venue early.
With only 200 T-shirts available, the giveaway is expected to create an early rush as the Campfire Crew gathers for what has been billed as the seventh edition of the outdoor entertainment experience.
Beyond the free merchandise, the festival boasts a star-studded entertainment line-up led by South African singer Boohle.
She will be joined by a host of local and regional acts, including The Bishop, Cedric, Zulu D, Uncle Karly, Thando Co-host, Obsession, Lord F, Bholoja, ITSALLBLAQ, Sancheziey, Aya City, Sgitha, Culolam, Shongwe & Khuphuka Saved Group and Linda Dlamini.
The DJ line-up includes DJ Khuni, Lady Zee, DJ MBO and DJ Tempt, while Young Zesh, Bandora, Gifted Kosie, The Scientists, Shepard Brothers and Matewu Bozza are also set to perform.
Gogo & S’lwane, Sintour Co-host and Tjovitjo Host will further add entertainment and personality to the weekend.
However, the festival is not only about the music. Its concept combines live entertainment with camping, giving attendees an opportunity to spend three days outdoors while enjoying performances around the festival atmosphere.
For those seeking more comfort, glamping is available for E4,100, while Imbabala and Impala packages cost E450 and E650, respectively.
Camping equipment can also be rented, with one-sleeper tents priced at E150, two-sleeper tents at E250 and three-sleeper tents at E350. Mattresses are available for E100 each.
