Mbabane- In an era where digital transactions are becoming a norm, Deltapay is stepping up its game to not only secure financial interactions but also bridge the gap between urban and rural communities.
Having joined forces with Instacash in an aim to enhance digital payments and remittance services across the country, Deltapay promises seamless transactions free from fraud and cyber threats.
Deltapay is a fintech platform designed to offer simple, secure, and affordable payment solutions for both individuals and businesses. With cashback rewards and QR code payments, the platform’s mission is to empower consumers and businesses by offering a charge-as-you-use model.
In an exclusive interview with this publication, Nolwazi Sukati the Operations Manager at Deltapay explained, ‘’this means there are no running costs, no account setup costs and we only charge a small fee when transferring funds.”
On the other hand, their affiliate; Instacash, is an Independent provider of electronic money transfer services, operating effectively across all mobile networks across the country; Eswatini Mobile and MTN Eswatini. The platform enables users to manage and carry out a wide range of financial transactions from their mobile phones.
Among the innovative security protocols introduced is secure phrase authentication, which add an additional layer of protection to user accounts. Notably, Sukati stated that user funds are safely held in multi-layer trust accounts requiring multi-signature authorization to access, ensuring that no single individual holds the power to compromise user assets.
In addition to its proactive security measures, Deltapay is pioneering a future of financial accessibility, particularly for underserved rural communities, together with its partnership with Instacash.
“Our vision is to ensure that financial services are seamless and accessible to everyone, irrespective of their location,” she elaborated.
