MBABANE – Nominations are now open for the 2025 Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards, inviting the public to recognize organizations and individuals delivering outstanding service. The call runs from August 25 to September 20, 2025.
The awards are part of Eswatini Customer Service Week and aim to encourage a culture of service excellence across both private and public sectors. They provide a platform for businesses, government departments, and non-governmental organizations to be acknowledged for prioritizing customer needs and delivering high-quality experiences.
The awards feature three main categories:
Best in Sector Awards – This category recognizes top-performing organizations in their industries, including retail grocery, hardware, motor spares, MSMEs, multinational companies, restaurants, banks, insurance companies, government departments, hotels, travel operators, healthcare facilities, internet service providers, and NGOs. Individual Awards – This category celebrates employees who have shown exceptional commitment to customer service. Nominations are accepted at https://bit.ly/ECSA_Individuals.
Specific Awards – Specialized awards recognizing unique achievements will be announced later.
Dr Oliver Museka, Chief Organizer of ECSW Events, said the awards aim to showcase customer-centric excellence across the country. He encouraged all Emaswati to nominate organizations and individuals who have made a tangible difference through excellent service.
