Mbabane: Top football coach Gcina ‘Magiyane’ Dlamini is no more.
He succumbed to death on Christmas day and his passing is Covid-19 related.
News of the Sihlangu assistant coach dominated social media space with the public shocked of the development. Magiyane enjoyed an illustrious coaching career since helping Mhlambanyatsi Rovers win the coveted MTN League title in 2003 and has produced a handful of football stars, with many getting professional contracts abroad.
At the time of his passing, he was the senior football team Sihlangu assistant coach and has also coached Manzini Wanderers, FC Vovovo and now defunct RSSC United among other teams.
