MBABANE – Award-winning South African DJ, producer and music executive, DJ Tira, is set to thrill music lovers in Eswatini. Born Mthokozisi Khathi, DJ Tira is highly expected to deliver the “A Night with DJ Tira” at The Xchange Lounge and Shisanyama in Manzini on February 20, 2026, organisers said.
It will be an electrifying night of high-energy performances, infectious beats and a celebration of urban music culture, the Xchange Lounge and Shisanyama assured. Tickets are priced at E70 for presale, E100 at the gate, and E250 for VIP access. Tickets are available at The Xchange Lounge & Shisanyama, Sdeez, Garlitos President Centre, Pizza Inn Bhunu Mall and Pizza Inn Mahhala.
Known for his dynamic stage presence and crowd-moving sets, DJ Tira’s appearance is expected to draw fans from across the country and beyond. Tira has been in the South African music industry for over two decades. His journey began in 1996 during his university years, where his passion for DJing and live performance first took root. That early dedication paid off in 2001 with the release of his breakthrough project Real Makoya, which firmly established him as a force in South African music.
By 2005, DJ Tira had signed with the prestigious Kalawa Jazzmee label, further sharpening his craft and expanding his influence. He later went on to establish his own powerhouse label, Afrotainment, which has become synonymous with hit-making and talent development.
