Mbabane — The Royal Eswatini Police Service on Wednesday received a courtesy visit from representatives of the United States Embassy in Eswatini, who recognised police officers deployed at the embassy for their service and dedication over the past two years.
During the visit, Regional Security Officer Peter Nagy presented appreciation certificates to members of the Operational Support Service Unit in recognition of their commitment and professionalism while carrying out security duties at the embassy in Mbabane.
National Commissioner of Police Manoma Vusie Masango welcomed the visit and described the gesture as a reflection of the positive working relationship between the police service and the American Embassy. He commended the officers for consistently demonstrating professionalism in the execution of their duties, noting that their conduct reflects positively on the image of the Royal Eswatini Police Service.
Masango also spoke on the importance of cooperation and mutual respect in ensuring effective security operations, particularly at diplomatic missions within the Kingdom.
The American Embassy delegation was led by Acting Ambassador and Chargé d’Affaires Marc Weinstock. He was accompanied by Regional Security Officer Peter Nagy, Assistant Regional Security Officer Danzel Portell, Absalom Tsela, Titus Motsa and Nkosinathi Makhulu.
