Mbabane – The Ministry of Education and Training, through the Teaching Service Commission TSC, has issued a reminder to 2019 Primary Teachers Diploma graduates who have not yet submitted their certificates to do so by Friday 16 January 2026.

The notice, first released in December 2025, targets graduates who completed their Primary Education training in 2019 and are seeking employment within the public teaching service. The commission is calling on affected graduates to present their academic certificates for verification as part of employment requirements.

According to the commission, the certificates must be verified at the Eswatini Qualifications Authority offices. These include Form 5 certificates as well as university qualifications. Once verified, the documents should be submitted to the Teaching Service Commission.

The reminder also applies to teachers currently employed on contract who wish to renew their contracts that ended in December 2025. These educators were required to have their certificates verified and submitted to Office 410 before 31 December 2025.
