Ezulwini – Ezulwini United have extended their impressive unbeaten run to eight matches in the MTN Premier League, strengthening their position as one of the most consistent and disciplined teams this season.

The side’s latest 1–0 victory over Young Buffaloes not only protected their flawless record but also tightened their grip near the top end of the log.

The win, secured through a well-worked second-half goal by substitute Senzelwe “Vardy” Dlamini, lifted Ezulwini United to third place on the standings with 16 points. Although level on points with second-placed Sea Birds, they sit third due to goal difference. Their steady climb continues to add pressure on log leaders Nsingizini Hotspurs, who are just two points ahead.

Ezulwini’s unbeaten streak has been built on solid defensive organisation, tactical maturity and key individual performances. Goalkeeper Siyabonga Magagula once again proved unbeatable, making crucial saves to ensure the team protected their slender lead until the final whistle.

The victory also marked a statement of intent from Ezulwini, who have shown resilience even in tight, low-scoring fixtures. With four wins and four draws in their opening eight games, they remain the only side yet to suffer defeat this season.

As the title race intensifies, Ezulwini United have now firmly established themselves as genuine contenders, showing consistency that could carry them further up the standings in the coming weeks.
