Munich, Germany – Tsidiswa Mhlanga, a final-year student at the University of Eswatini, is representing the country at the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany. The summit brings together 2,200 young leaders from over 190 countries and around 250 organisations to discuss global issues and drive social impact.
This year’s summit focuses on the circular economy, peace and security, sustainability, human rights, and responses to global crises. Mhlanga is attending through the Embassy of Change Scholarship, facilitated by a nomination from the Eswatini National Youth Council. She was also selected as a flag bearer during the summit’s Flag Ceremony.
Mhlanga is actively involved in youth advocacy in Eswatini. She serves as a J.A Facilitator and Mentor at Sifundzani High School, a UNFPA youth representative, and a board member of Selulasandla Children’s Village. She continues to champion youth employability, community development, and sustainable initiatives across the country.
