Mbabane – The Ministry of Home Affairs has invited representatives from all religious institutions in Eswatini to a stakeholder meeting aimed at developing a national policy for faith-based organisations.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 14 October 2025, at 09:30 at the Commerce Auditorium in Mbabane. Acting Principal Secretary G. Shabangu-Nxumalo said the Ministry seeks active participation from diverse faith communities to gather insights that will shape an inclusive framework respecting the country’s varied beliefs and practices.
Invited groups include the League of Churches, Conference of Churches, Council of Churches, Eswatini Church Forum, Zion Christian Church, Assemblies of God, Muslim communities, Bahai, Seventh-day Adventist, Hindu, Shembe, Jewish, Rastafarian, Traditionalist/Animist, Jehovah’s Witness, among others.
