Mbabane – The Eswatini Environment Authority (EEA) launched the media campaign for the Temvelo Awards 2025 on Friday, 23 August, unveiling fresh categories aimed at recognising innovation in sustainability.

Minister of Environment, Hon. Jane Mkhonta-Simelane, revealed the Green Hotel Excellence Award and the Ecosystem Restoration Hero/Community Award, designed to celebrate businesses and individuals making significant contributions to environmental protection and ecological restoration in Eswatini.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for 24 October 2025 under the theme: “Our Land, Our Legacy: Acting on Climate, Nature and Pollution for a Sustainable Eswatini.”
