Antananarivo – South African President Cyril Ramaphosa touched down at Ivato International Airport in Antananarivo, Madagascar, tonight ahead of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) 45th Ordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government.
The President was received at the airport by Madagascar’s Prime Minister Christian Louis Ntsay, who welcomed him on behalf of the host nation.
The summit, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 17 August 2025, will bring together regional leaders to discuss key issues affecting SADC member states, including economic development, security, and regional cooperation.
