Senior national team squad leaked ahead of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers

MATSAPHA – The senior national football team’s call-up list for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers has been leaked on social media, revealing 20 locally-based players set to report for camp. The squad will face Cameroon on September 4, 2025, before travelling to Libya on September 8, 2025, for their second fixture.

  • Royal Leopard — Simanga Masangane, Mzwandile Mabelesa, Junior Magagula, Gift Gamedze, Ayanda Kunene and Mlamuli Makhanya.
  • Young Buffaloes — Bongwa Matsebula, Innocent Dlamini and Siphosethu Mabilisa.
  • Green Mamba — Mxolisi Manana
  • Mbabane Swallows — Newman Philiso
  • Nsingizini Hotspurs — Nkosingphile Shongwe, Khanyakwezwe Shabalala, Kwakhe Tfwala, Neliswa Dlamini and Thubelihle Mavuso.
  • Manzini Sea Birds — Mayibongwe Mabuza (training with Mbabane Highlanders A.M) Philani Mkhontfo (training with Mbabane Highlanders A.M) and Joseph Gibonga
  • Moneni Pirates — Mthobisi Zwane.

The squad is expected to begin camp preparations from August 18, 2025, to September 11, 2025, with the focus on building momentum for the challenging qualifiers ahead.

International-based players are expected to join the camp at a later stage.
