MBABANE – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has conveyed condolences to the people of Ghana following the death of two Cabinet Ministers and several other officials in a military helicopter crash.
The incident occurred yesterday in the central Ashanti region of Ghana and claimed the lives of senior government figures, including the vice chairman of the ruling party, a national security adviser, and members of the helicopter’s crew.
Speaking on behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III, Her Majesty the Indlovukazi, the Government and the people of Eswatini, the Prime Minister expressed sadness over the tragic loss.
He directed a message of sympathy to Ghanaian President John Mahama, the Government and the families of the deceased, saying the Kingdom stood with them in grief.
“This is a difficult time for the people of Ghana, and we hold them in our thoughts and prayers,” said the PM.
