The awards ceremony, hosted today, celebrated the resilience and creativity of local business owners, with each winner receiving E10,000 to reinvest in their operations. Now in its eighth year, the partnership between MTN Eswatini and the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO) continues to nurture and reward grassroots enterprise.
This year’s winners represent a strong presence in agriculture, beauty, and mobile trading – sectors considered vital to the country’s economic recovery and employment growth.
The winning businesses are:

- Leevash Hair and Beauty Lounge, founded by Lenhle Shandu (Hair & Beauty)
- Khanya’s Mobile Spaza, operated by Sikhanyiso Zwane (Business Services)
- Kholoza Farm, owned by Siyabonga Dlamini (Agriculture)
