OSHIKATI – Eswatini’s National Commissioner of Police, Mr. Manoma Vusie Masango, joined his regional counterparts in Namibia on Friday for the country’s annual Police Day celebration, held at the Oshakati Stadium.

The ceremony drew senior security officials and state dignitaries, including Namibian President Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, who officiated at the event. A total of 1,779 police recruits passed out during the occasion, marking the end of their training and the beginning of active duty.

President Nandi-Ndaitwah congratulated the new recruits, stating that their graduation was timely for Namibia’s security needs. She told the crowd that national development was closely tied to safety and security and urged the officers to remain committed to their duties.
