EZULWINI – The Eswatini Environment Authority has opened a public comment period for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) concerning the proposed construction of a high-rise office park by the Central Bank of Eswatini at plots 44, 45, and 128 of Farm 50 in Ezulwini, Hhohho Region.

The project aims to establish a major office complex in one of the country’s fastest-growing urban corridors. The EIA study was carried out to assess potential environmental and socio-economic impacts associated with the development, ensuring that any negative consequences are addressed and positive outcomes strengthened before construction begins.

Members of the public, especially those living or working in the surrounding areas, are encouraged to review the EIA documents, which are currently available at several locations including the Eswatini Environment Authority Offices in Mbabane, Ezulwini Municipality, Ezulwini Clinic, Ezulwini Police Station, Ezulwini Catholic Primary School, Mbabane Library, Mbabane Municipality, and Lobamba Inkhundla.
