MBIKWAKHE – Young boys from the Mbikwakhe community came together for a vibrant Fun Day on Friday, 16 May 2025, hosted under the Litfuba Ngelakho project with support from Kindernothilfe E.V.
The event aimed to promote self-confidence, teamwork, and community spirit through games and team-building exercises tailored to uplift the boy child. Held at the local community chapter, the Fun Day drew participation from dozens of boys who engaged in interactive activities designed to strengthen peer connections and personal growth.
Organisers said the initiative forms part of a broader effort to empower young boys and nurture future leaders. The day was made possible through the efforts of the Litfuba Ngelakho team, including Finance Manager Nick Mamba, Communications officers Nokwanda Msibi and Sbonakaliso Zikalala, and community facilitators Simanga Dlamini, Mayibongwe Chirwa, Sbongakonkhe Motsa, and HR officer Phumlile Mdzebele, along with a teachers’ representative.
