The Eswatini Tourism Authority (ETA) is set to participate in this year’s Africa’s Travel Indaba, taking place from 13 to 15 May 2025 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban, South Africa.
The event, one of the continent’s largest leisure trade shows, will feature a wide array of Eswatini tourism stakeholders, including Big Game Parks, Eswatini National Trust Commission, Eswatini Air, and a host of hotels and lodges such as Piggs Peak Hotel, The Royal Villas, Mantenga Lodge, and Happy Valley Hotel.
Also expected to join the delegation are Myxo’s WOZA NAWE Cultural Tours, All Out Africa, Global Village Guest House, and other representatives from the country’s community tourism sector.

Africa’s Travel Indaba provides a platform for African tourism players to connect with international buyers, destination marketing organisations, and leisure tourism service providers. The show is preceded by a Business Opportunity Networking Day (BONDay), designed to foster knowledge exchange and explore global and local tourism trends.
KwaZulu-Natal, the host province, is known for its safari parks, coastal charm, rolling hills, and heritage sites such as the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg Park and the Greater St Lucia Wetland Area. Delegates will also experience Durban’s bustling markets, Zulu traditions, and vibrant nightlife.
Eswatini’s presence at the Indaba aims to attract tourism investments, form strategic partnerships, and position the kingdom as a must-visit destination in Southern Africa.
