Manzini – Instacash has opened a new service centre in Manzini, extending its reach to more Emaswati who remain outside the formal banking system.
The financial services provider launched its third branch on Tuesday, positioning it at the heart of Manzini’s busy commercial district. The move follows the establishment of its other centres in Mbabane and Buhleni.
Managing Director Mandla ‘Cheeks’ Nxumalo said the expansion is part of a broader mission to make secure and affordable financial services accessible to all, particularly the unbanked and underbanked.
He told a gathering of customers, media, and business partners that the new Manzini centre is designed to serve as a hub of accessibility and economic progress.

“This is more than a new branch. It’s about increasing opportunity and improving everyday convenience for ordinary Emaswati,” said Nxumalo.
He expressed gratitude to customers, the Instacash team, media partners, and stakeholders, crediting them for the company’s growth.
The Manzini branch will offer fast and reliable services to individuals and small businesses, including money transfers, mobile payments, and digital transactions.
Nxumalo also revealed plans to expand services further, pointing to a commitment to support Eswatini’s shift toward a digital economy.
The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a tour of the new facility.
