Zulwini: The Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) has officially appointed Ntobeko Dlamini as the new Director of Communications and Marketing, effective from November 2024.
According to Commissioner General Brighwell Nkambule, Dlamini brings over a decade of extensive experience in strategic communications, public relations, and marketing to this critical leadership position. Her diverse background across various sectors, including banking, health, ICT, standards managements, and taxation, equips her with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of complex organization challenges.
Nkambule, expressed his confidence in Dlamini’s abilities, stating, “we are thrilled to welcome Ntobeko to the ERS team”. He said her strategic vision, unwavering commitment to excellence, and proven track record made her the ideal candidate to lead the communications and marketing efforts during this era of digital transformation,

In her new role, Dlamini will be responsible for enhancing ERS’ visibility and brand reputation, driving impactful client education initiatives and strengthening relationship with key stakeholders to foster trust and compliance with tax regulations.
Nkambule further extended his congratulations to Dlamini on his well-deserved appointment and looks forward to her valuable contributions in advancing the organization’s mission.
