EZULWINI – Emerging Eswatini musician Mbongwa Nyoni, popularly known by his stage name ProRBS, has released a brand-new single titled Mnganami, a song that celebrates the value of friendship, loyalty, and genuine support in people’s lives.

Born and raised in Mvutjini, Ezulwini, ProRBS describes music as more than just a passion but a calling that allows him to express his thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Growing up in a diverse community played a significant role in shaping both his character and artistic identity, providing him with stories and lessons that continue to influence his songwriting.

The talented artist, who blends Hip-Hop and Afro-Pop, said his music is inspired by real-life situations, relationships, love, hope, and personal growth.

“As a musician, I create music that speaks to real-life situations. I enjoy writing songs that people can relate to because I believe music should not only entertain but also inspire and uplift communities,” said ProRBS.

His latest offering, Mnganami, which translates to “My Friend,” carries a powerful message about appreciating and valuing those who stand by us during both good and difficult times. The song was inspired by his personal experiences and observations of friendships and human relationships.

To strengthen the message of the song, ProRBS collaborated with fellow artist Histo, whom he describes as a talented storyteller whose style and energy perfectly complemented the vision of the project.

“I featured Histo because I believe he is a talented artist and a natural storyteller. I knew it would be easy for him to deliver the message people need to hear,” he explained.

Produced by DJ Citie, Mnganami was officially released on May 30, 2026, and is available on various digital platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and Facebook. Fans can also stream the song on YouTube.

Over the years, ProRBS has built his reputation through performances at various events and has had opportunities to share stages with notable artists such as Mduduzi Ncube and Sha Sha. He said these experiences have played a crucial role in his growth as an artist.

Looking ahead, the artist revealed that plans for a music video are currently being explored, with the aim of creating visuals that match the song’s emotional depth and message.

ProRBS is also working on new music and exciting projects that will showcase his artistic growth while expanding his reach both locally and internationally. He promised supporters more collaborations, performances, and releases in the near future.

“As ProRBS, my vision is to build a lasting legacy through music, inspire young people to believe in their dreams, and proudly represent Eswatini wherever my journey takes me,” he said.

He further thanked fans for embracing Mnganami and urged music lovers to continue streaming and sharing the song.

“This is only the beginning. Please continue streaming, sharing, and supporting Mnganami. More great music is on the way,” said ProRBS.
