FNB Eswatini is set to deliver a memorable experience for customers and festivalgoers at this weekend’s MTN Bushfire Festival at House on Fire in Malkerns.

The bank is once again partnering with the festival as the official banking partner, following the confirmation of a sponsorship worth E437 500 last week.

As part of the partnership, FNB will provide onsite ATMs, Speedpoint devices and technical support to ensure attendees enjoy a seamless and convenient payment experience throughout the festival.

In addition, the bank will host a gaming-themed activation linked to its ongoing swipe campaign, “Get in the Game”, aimed at engaging customers throughout the Bushfire weekend.

FNB Eswatini Chief Marketing Officer Sibusile Dlamini said the bank remains committed to creating memorable customer experiences.

“As the bank of firsts, we are always thinking of ways to elevate our customers’ experiences and make them memorable. Throughout the Bushfire weekend, our teams will assist customers and emaSwati with account opening, access to selected banking services, including online banking, as well as card assistance,” she said.

Dlamini added that the bank has curated an interactive activation area where attendees can engage with FNB services while enjoying various entertainment activities.

“We have curated an experiential activation for attendees to enjoy seamless interaction with our services and top up their festival wristbands. We will have a variety of fun games, including a spin-and-win challenge where customers can stand a chance to win festival-themed FNB merchandise,” she said.

Festivalgoers can also look forward to a penalty shootout challenge, a gaming booth experience, as well as a slushie and popcorn bar designed for both young and old attendees.

“To access the full activation experience, customers simply need to tap their FNB card when reloading their wristbands. Our activation will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 11h00 to 18h00,” Dlamini added.
