MANZINI- Malachi Dlamini, popularly known as White Flame, is gearing up for an exciting new chapter in his music journey with the release of his upcoming single titled “2026”, set to drop this May on all digital platforms.
The 25-year-old rapper was born and raised in Manzini Town, specifically Fairview North, a community that shaped both his character and artistry. Now based in Mafutseni, White Flame says the quieter environment allows him to focus, create, and grow while remaining connected to his roots.
White Flame’s stage name carries deep personal meaning. “White” represents his favourite colour and symbolizes purity and authenticity in his music, while “Flame” reflects the powerful and energetic rap style that fans often compliment him for. The combination forms an identity that mirrors both his personality and artistic presence.
Inspired by South African Hip Hop star Nasty C, White Flame’s passion for rap ignited after watching the “Hell Naw” music video. That moment confirmed his calling in Hip Hop. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to craft a sound that blends English, Siswati, and Zulu, a reflection of both his cultural background and modern influences.
Beyond recording music, White Flame is actively involved in production, mainly focusing on vocal mixing and mastering. He also collaborates with other producers for beat-making and additional production support. Though production demands focus and discipline, he says it is something he genuinely enjoys.
He is the founder of Hit Flick Records, his own record label and studio based in Manzini Town at Lichaga House, Office 101A (first floor). The name loosely translates to “hits are cooked here,” reflecting his commitment to quality music.
White Flame describes performing on stage as one of the best feelings in the world. “I feel like a boss, confident, proud and in control,” he says. Over time, he has shared stages with artists such as DJ City, Histo, and Umfana Ka Gogo SA, experiences he credits as major motivation in his career.
He has also collaborated with Milton B, Bludeny, Treazy, Lady Vu, Hasty B, and Laxo Lite, steadily building his footprint within the local Hip Hop scene.
His latest EP, Inigga Kangwane, is currently available on all digital platforms. The project embraces his identity and roots while celebrating Hip Hop culture. It features tracks such as “Sengifikile,” “Young Dreamer,” “Star Up Lines,” and “On My Way,” alongside an intro. The instrumentals were produced by Yiwa, helping shape the EP’s sonic direction.

Now, anticipation is building for his upcoming single “2026.” Produced by Far Q, the motivational track reflects on the current year, outlining his goals, ambitions, and prayers for what he hopes to achieve before it ends. White Flame describes it as a song for dreamers and hustlers pushing toward success.
In addition, he is working on another EP titled Solo Ngiyashizila, a five-track project with no featured artists. One of the songs from the EP, “Mas’ngaphaphelani,” has already been released, while the full project remains in progress. The official release date will be announced soon.
