Mbabane – The draw for the Last 32 of the Ingwenyama Cup 2025/26 took place at 17:00 today at the SMVAF Head Office in Mbabane, setting the stage for one of Eswatini’s most anticipated football events. Clubs from across all divisions discovered their opponents amid a lively atmosphere filled with team colours, traditional flair, and anticipation.
Premier League sides largely avoided early matchups against each other, while lower-league teams face the challenge of testing themselves against top-flight opposition. Rangers FC of Bolova were drawn against Shiselweni Super League side Nsingizini FC. Nsingizini aim to follow the example of their senior team, Nsingizini Hotspurs, who recently defeated Rangers, hoping to create another shock and claim regional pride.
Manzini Sundowns will face Moneni Pirates, a fixture expected to deliver tactical intensity. Sundowns will aim to assert dominance, but Pirates’ cup pedigree could make the encounter unpredictable.
Madlenya FC will take on struggling Manzini Wanderers, pairing ambition with Premier League history. Wanderers remain favourites, but Madlenya’s hunger for a cup upset could make this a tense clash.

Mbabane Highlanders will meet Lozitha Spurs, combining legacy with determination. Mbabane Swallows are set to play newcomers Richmond Aces FC, testing experience against youthful energy.
Other Last 32 fixtures include Sidwashini United versus Green Mamba, Viva Stumbo XI against Msumpe Manchester, Usuthu Liverpool facing Royal Leopard, Red Rhinos taking on Amawele, Louis XIV versus Malanti Chiefs, PPK Professionals against Ubombo Sugar, M Royal Swallows versus Manzini Sea Birds, Magwayanyana against Nkwene Sundowns, and Ezulwini United meeting Madlenya FC.
PLE Chairman Polycarp Dlamini expressed gratitude to all stakeholders for their efforts this season, saying, “The tournament continues to be a powerful platform to showcase and celebrate Eswatini’s talent, strengthening relationships that are now deeply rooted and established.” He thanked the media for coverage that reaches all emaSwati and noted plans to expand awards as players shine across Africa, boosting both sports and tourism. Dlamini also urged the public to prioritise road safety and adhere to regulations to reduce accidents, stating, “Together, let’s keep building, celebrating, and protecting the future of Eswatini’s sports and community.”

Sincephetelo MVA Fund Board Chairman Zithulele Gina welcomed dignitaries and football stakeholders, praising the collaboration and conduct throughout the tournament. “This platform is more than football, it’s also a vehicle for road safety awareness and SMVAF services,” he said. Gina added that increasing road penalty tariffs could help reduce accidents and save lives, noting, “Together, football and safety unite to build a stronger, safer community.”
