Mbabane – The Municipal Council of Mbabane has confirmed that preparations for Mbabane Day 2025 are nearing completion, with a full programme of entertainment and community activities scheduled for this Saturday in the capital.
Chief Executive Officer Gciniwe Fakudze briefed Mayor Thulani Mkhonto earlier today on the line-up, which will bring together some of Eswatini’s most recognised performers. Gospel star Nothando Hlophe is set to lead the bill, supported by Velemseni, Sands, Thubillion, Cybos and other local acts expected to draw large crowds to the city.
The annual event, organised to celebrate Mbabane’s culture, creativity and community life, will run from sunrise until late evening. According to the council, the day has been designed to offer a mix of music, arts and interactive activities that cater for residents and visitors of all ages.
