Mbabane – The Municipal Council of Mbabane has announced a full-day celebration dubbed Mbabane Day, set for December 20 at Coronation Park. The event will run from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. under the theme Cosmopolitan Living, celebrating the city’s evolving identity as a modern and diverse capital.
According to the council, the event will transform Coronation Park into a vibrant hub of culture, art, food, sports, fashion, innovation, and urban lifestyle. Residents and visitors are invited to experience a packed programme that includes live music, a photo exhibition, fashion showcases, a picnic area, and a movie night to close off the evening.
The celebration is designed to bring together the community of Mbabane, people who continue to shape the city’s future and contribute to its reputation as a cosmopolitan centre. The Municipal Council says the day will be one of unity and pride, reflecting faith in the city’s progress and development.
