Dr. Mbongeni G. Khumalo explored the impact of strategic planning on church growth, developing a framework that links measurable performance indicators to ministry effectiveness.Gender inclusion in ministry leadership was addressed by Dr. Lungile C. Zonke, whose research called for equal participation of women in leadership roles to enhance ministry outcomes.
In Maphalaleni, Dr. Alfred M. Gama investigated mentorship as a driver of church multiplication, while Dr. Solomon N. Nhlengethwa applied Results-Based Management (RBM) principles to ministry, introducing monitoring tools to improve accountability and church efficiency.
The graduates’ research collectively contributes to strengthening Eswatini’s church leadership and promoting effective strategies for evangelism and discipleship. Their findings are expected to influence theological education and ministry practice across the country.
