Mbabane – The Ministry of Finance officially opened a workshop on the development and application of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) yesterday, led by the Director of Supply Chain Management, Mr. Nkululeko Dlamini.
The workshop, funded by the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) and supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB), uses the MNWAP Project as a case study. Consultants from DLA Piper provided technical expertise in developing and facilitating the PPP toolkits.
Mr. Dlamini described the workshop as a key step in Eswatini’s efforts to strengthen infrastructure development and improve service delivery through collaboration between the public and private sectors. The session gathers senior officials from multiple ministries, departments, and agencies to review, validate, and refine the PPP toolkits.
