Ezulwini – The Eswatini Water Services Corporation launched its Customer Service Week this week, celebrating loyal customers and the dedication of its staff. Managing Director Jabulile Mashwama spoke to Eswatini TV, outlining the corporation’s plans under the theme Mission Possible, which reflects EWSC’s commitment to delivering reliable water and sanitation services across the country.
Mashwama highlighted key projects, including the Manzini Water Supply Project, Clanganos Panoi Water Supply Project, and the Lomaa Project, aimed at expanding clean water access to towns, cities, and even cross-border communities. She noted that technology, such as prepaid metering and the EWSC app, is being used to enhance convenience for customers.
“Mission Possible is not just about delivering clean water but transforming lives,” Mashwama said. She added that access to safe water ensures health, dignity, and opportunities for Eswatini residents. The week also celebrated EWSC employees for their work behind the scenes, while senior managers engaged directly with customers at service centers to strengthen satisfaction and service delivery.
