Malkerns – The buzz around the Eswatini Farmers Market 2025 continues to grow as anticipation reaches new heights. With early bird and phase one tickets already sold out, it’s clear that this year’s edition is among the most highly awaited events on the local entertainment calendar.
The swift ticket sales reflect the strong support and enthusiasm from festivalgoers eager to experience a vibrant fusion of music, culture, and community spirit that the event has become known for.
The success comes on the back of over 10 activations conducted across Eswatini, a strategy credited by the festival’s tour director Culolam for the overwhelming support.
Scheduled for this Saturday at the picturesque Malkerns Country Club, the Eswatini Farmers Market promises a vibrant celebration of music, dance and culture under the theme “Tropical Way.” Culolam expressed his delight at the response from the public stating, “The activations have proven to work as we have sold out on our early bird and phase one tickets. We are now on phase two, selling general tickets priced at E350 and E700 for VIP.”
He added, “I am very happy with the support that people showed during the activations and do not regret moving around the country, hyping the upcoming show.”
The recent weekend saw activations at popular venues including Busel’s Lounge, Epinino Restaurant and Mahhala, with additional events held at Ocean Cuisine, Pick n Pay Mahhala and Pick n Pay Gables. Culolam shared an enthusiasm for the return of the Eswatini Farmers Market, “It was exciting to hear the feedback and have people share their ticket purchase stories and how much they wanted Eswatini Farmers Market.” The director literally shared how they were amazed by the return of Sun El Musician to the Eswatini Farmers Market.
According to Culolam, the team plans to continue activations at Pick n Pay Manzini Hub tomorrow and Pick n Pay Mbabane on Friday to keep the momentum going strong. The director said the full festival plan was available for public familiarisation with the schedule.
He stated that the “kids stage” would run from 2pm to 10pm featuring dance classes and performances by Eswatini Dudu RSA and The Little Dancer Anele.
While the “tropical stage” will take over and be headlined by acclaimed artists such as Sun El Musician, Morda, Mawhoo, Kenza and MPHO.WAV. Local talents like Young Zesh, Young Love, True Classic and others will also showcase their skills.
Culolam encouraged fans to continue purchasing tickets, hinting at more exciting announcements as the event draws near. “There are more exciting news to be shared as we approach the weekend,” he said.
