Johannesburg – Eswatini’s Siphiwo Lushaba has been honoured with the inaugural Raymond Ackerman Academy Alumni Award for Leadership Excellence in Johannesburg.
The award was presented on 3 September 2025 at the University of Johannesburg, where Lushaba walked away with R50 000 in recognition of his outstanding leadership and community work.
Lushaba, who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Talksy Wellness and To-Fo Digital, also serves as Director of the Start-up Grind Manzini Chapter and chairs the RLC SA Eswatini Alumni Chapter.
He said the accolade was not only his personal achievement but also a recognition of the young changemakers in Eswatini. “Your prayers have surely reached God’s ears and He has answered. I received the award not as an individual but as a representative of the youth pushing for change in our country,” he told supporters.
The award is named after the late South African retail pioneer Raymond Ackerman and celebrates alumni who have made significant strides in leadership and social impact.
