Minister for Tourism and Environmental Affairs Jane Mkhonta-Simelane officially opened the new Eclat Spa at Matsapha Link yesterday, marking a milestone for Eswatini’s wellness tourism sector.
The opening ceremony drew key players in the tourism industry, including ETA CEO Vusie N. Dlamini, members of the ETA Board, and officials from the Matsapha Municipality such as Mayor Lindiwe Dlamini and CEO Lucky Sukati.
During her address, Minister Mkhonta-Simelane said the government is focused on broadening the country’s tourism offerings. She noted that Eclat Spa’s modern facilities and holistic wellness approach fit well with Eswatini’s goal of becoming a top destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Mayor Lindiwe Dlamini added that the spa will improve visitor experiences and drive economic growth in the Matsapha area.
