MBABANE – MTN Premier League 2024/2025 champions, Nsingizini Hotspurs, announced three South African coaches who will reinforce the technical development.
Joining the technical bench are Nhlanhla Hlongwa, who will serve as the first assistant coach, Tebogo Modise, appointed as the performance analyst, and Asiphile Nkabane, who takes up the role of strength and conditioning coach.
The new additions were unveiled on June 30, 2025, by the club’s president, Derick Shiba.
“We are strengthening our technical capacity not only because of our CAF obligations, but also to ensure consistency in the league and long-term player development,” he said.
The trio is expected to work closely with newly appointed head coach Mandla Qhogi, who was announced earlier this month.
The move is part of the club’s broader plan to professionalize its technical setup following a historic season and as they prepare for the demands of both domestic and international competitions, including their upcoming debut in the CAF Champions League.
Shiba said the appointments mark a new chapter for the club, one focused on building a sustainable and competitive team both locally and internationally.
Nsingizini’s rise to the top has been rapid. The 2024/2025 league champions marks as one of the first significant wins. With their landmark qualification for the CAF interclub competition, expectations are high both on and off the pitch.
