MBABANE – The Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) officially launched the NATCOM’s Cup tournament on 14 May 2025, bringing together officers from all eight police regions to compete in various sports. The event took place at Matsapha Police Academy.
National Commissioner of Police, Mr. Manoma Vusie Masango, thanked stakeholders who supported the tournament’s return after a long break. The competition aims to promote physical fitness, unity, and healthy lifestyles among police officers.
Officers will compete in football, netball, volleyball, and athletics. Masango said the tournament offers a chance for officers to build camaraderie and discover sporting talents, potentially representing Eswatini in regional events.
The tournament is themed “SIKHONA, SICINISA UMTIMBA, UMNANDZI UMDLALO.” Although the official game dates are yet to be announced, teams have been encouraged to keep preparing to ensure they are fit and ready.
