Mbabane – Children have started receiving vaccines as the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the World Health Organisation, continues its campaign.
From across the country, parents have been seen taking their children to selected places for them to get shots.
At Nkwalini Zone 3, Mbabane, healthcare providers were seen on Tuesday administering the vaccines.

Umgcugcuteli Celiwe Maziya said efforts were made to spread the message to parents. She said parents were reminded to carry with them immunisation cards. She added that some children are expected to receive injections, others drops, while others may not necessarily go through that.
Minor children under five years are immunised; girls between the ages of 9 to 14 years are administered the HPV vaccine, while adults also get the COVID-19 vaccine at no cost.
