High school students across Eswatini came together on Day 3 of the Global Money Week celebrations, organized by JA Eswatini, to strengthen their financial knowledge and skills. Fifteen schools participated in the event, where students were introduced to key financial concepts such as savings, budgeting, and income generation, all aimed at equipping them to make better financial decisions in the future.
Experts from various financial services companies shared their insights with the students, guiding them on how to navigate financial decisions wisely. The event encouraged students to plan intentionally for their futures, stressing the importance of setting and working toward financial goals early in life.

JA Eswatini also called on parents and guardians to take an active role in supporting their children’s financial education. The organization urged families to foster discussions about saving, budgeting, and informed financial choices at home, empowering the next generation to become financially responsible adults.
The ongoing Global Money Week celebrations are designed to raise awareness and ensure that young people gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to make sound financial decisions.
