MBABANE- Eswatini renowned artist and Award-winning star, Young Zesh has collaborated with three South Africa (SA) vocalist on a single titled “Mina Nawe’’which is set to be released on January 31.
This collaboration features the renowned Mlindo the Vocalist, Senzo Afrika and Masiano, promising a powerful blend of voices and passion. According to Young Zesh such an opportunity is what he has been hoping for and now that it has come, his very to share with his fans. The song ‘’Mina Nawe’’ is a poignant love song that delves into the complexities of relationships. The narrative is centred on a man who finds himself embarrassed by his partner’s troubling behaviour, which includes public indiscretions and negative habits that have drawn the attention of the community. Themes of infidelity, excessive drinking and harassment are explored, reflecting the societal pressures faced by couple in relationships.
Young Zesh expressed his excitement about having to work with Mlindo the Vocalist and Senzo Afrika for the first time. During interview he gave us small insight on how he got such an opportunity, according to him we met through social media as I used to follow him and he also liked my music and content. We got to exchange contacts and started talking, one particular day Senzo told me, he was working on a song with the famous Mlindo and he would be happy if I could put a verse. I was speechless, the happiness was too and in a couple of days Senzo sent the chorus, done by Mlindo and I immediately fall in love with the concept and I told him what verse would be. As team we definitely cannot wait to share with you guys what we have planned and it will be mind-blowing thus the people should embrace themselves.
Young Zesh said the collaboration showcased their unique styles and ability to tell a compelling story through music. He has collaborated with a couple of artists from SA but can only talk about the recent ones and those that I released, namely we have the likes of Nomndayi which so far is the biggest. Kogcina Bani was released last year November and got playlisted on Ukhozi Fm and is still on rotation, Anzo, Lyrikal Busta the list is endless.
As the fans wait for what is said to be the hit of the year, Young Zesh announced that he was parting ways with Upscale Live stable, ending their three-year relationship. According to Young Zesh the decision follows careful considerations with both sides recognising the need to pursue new opportunities, he further expressed deep gratitude to Upscale Live management for their unwavering support throughout their partnership. He also emphasised that despite the separation his passion and drive remain the same, reassuring his fans and clients that he would continue to prioritise artistic excellence and continue delivering to his fans. This collaboration is a sign that indeed a lot is yet to come hitmaker, Award winning star Young Zesh.
