Baku, Azerbaijan — His Majesty King Mswati III, accompanied by Inkhosikati LaMashwama, toured the ambitious Sea Breeze Resort and Residences project here in Azerbaijan.
The King and his delegation was guided by the project’s owner, Emin Agalarov, who provided an in-depth overview of this flagship development on the Caspian Sea coast.
Located about 20-30 minutes’ drive north of Baku, Sea Breeze spans around 750 hectares and is evolving into a comprehensive resort city.
Launched in 2006, the project combines luxury residential properties, premium hotels and extensive recreational infrastructure, including beaches, parks, restaurants, schools, a hospital, and entertainment facilities such as an aqua park.
The king was informed that millions of square metres of real estate have already been developed, blending modern architecture with seaside living to create a sustainable, mixed-use destination.
Agalarov, a prominent entrepreneur and musician, emphasised the project’s aim to transform Azerbaijan’s Caspian coastline into a world-class tourism and residential hub.
The development features diverse housing options, from villas to apartments, alongside cultural and commercial amenities designed to attract both residents and international visitors.
The King expressed appreciation for the forward-thinking approach and the tour.
The delegation comprised of members of the royal family, cabinet ministers, ambassadors and senior government officials, among others.
