Big Bend – Ubombo Sugar Football Club have bolstered their technical team with the arrival of two highly experienced coaches, marking a significant step in the club’s quest for growth and competitiveness.
The club has confirmed the appointment of Percy Shongwe as Assistant Head Coach and Dennis Yuki Masina as Development Coach and Chief Scout. The two join the Bafana Bashukela setup at a time when the club is sharpening its structures both on and off the pitch.
Shongwe, who brings years of tactical experience and a reputation for motivating players, is expected to work closely with the head coach to refine the team’s playing identity. The club says his attention to detail and commitment to player improvement will be instrumental as they push for better results this season.
Masina, a respected figure in local football circles, will lead youth development and scouting.
