Mbabane – Business Eswatini is set to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, November 2, 2025, at the Happy Valley Hotel where the election of the new governing body is highly expected.
According to a statement, the meeting is scheduled to commence on that day at 9:00 AM.
The AGM will address four crucial items on the business of the day, reflecting the organization’s commitment to transparency and good governance.
These items include consideration of the annual report: members will review the organization’s performance and activities over the past year, as detailed in the annual report, consideration of annual financial statements, the financial health of Business Eswatini will be scrutinized through the examination of its annual financial statements, appointment of auditors, a critical step in ensuring financial accountability. The appointment of auditors features in the agenda along with the election of the new governing body.
The organisation highlights this as a significant agenda item as a new leadership team that will be elected will be expected to steer Business Eswatini forward.
