Mbabane – A Mbabane woman has spent three days in police custody after being found inside a house where a firearm was discovered.
Phakamile Sandzisile Shongwe (36) appeared at the Mbabane Magistrate Court on Monday morning, 21 July 2025, following her arrest last week.

Shongwe told the court she was visiting her boyfriend when police raided the house and found a 12-bore rifle. According to her, the boyfriend vanished during the operation, leaving her to face the charges alone.

She was released on E1,000 bail after her brief court appearance.
