MBABANE – Fourteen high school learners spent two weeks inside the operations of FNB Eswatini as part of a job shadowing programme run in partnership with Junior Achievers (JA) Eswatini.
The initiative, which took place across various departments of the bank, exposed the students to the day-to-day realities of running a financial institution and aimed to build career awareness among Eswatini’s youth.

FNB Eswatini facilitated the programme to give participants a closer look at roles in finance, banking operations, customer service, marketing, and digital services.
JA Eswatini, a non-profit organisation, works to equip young people with skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career development to encourage self-employment in the country.
