Lobamba – King Mswati III expressed admiration for the spirited involvement of young people during this year’s Ingwenyama Cup, describing the event as a powerful blend of sports and cultural pride.

Speaking at the Somhlolo National Stadium on Saturday evening, the King commended the vibrant energy shown by youth participants as he presented trophies and medals to the 2025 champions of both the soccer and cultural competitions.

Royal Leopards clinched top honours in the men’s football category, with Young Buffaloes Ladies and Amajukujuku also walking away as champions in their respective divisions. Winners of the cultural contests were likewise recognised during the ceremony, which brought together fans, traditional leaders, and members of the royal family.
