This impressive structure, consisting of a shopping complex and hotel, serves as a testament to Eswatini’s ambition. The Matsapha Link, valued at E159 million, and Malkerns Square, valued at E149 million, also captivate attention as notable achievements. These visionary projects proudly belong to the esteemed African Alliance Group, renowned for its investment ventures spanning various industries. Additionally, the E2 billion Nthwese Investment project, led by EMI Gate Holdings from the UAE, aims to establish a state-of-the-art shopping mall, along with a bank, school, clinic, and vibrant bazaar at the Old Trade Fair in Manzini.
